Azucar Cafe

I recently visited a cafe called Azucar Cafe. The place is very nice and gives a home-like vibe. There's a wide variety of food to choose from, and they are all reasonably priced. Aside from hot meals, they have desserts like cakes and cookies for you to buy if you don't want to dine-in. Their food is worth it and delicious, plus their cakes are cheap. The staff is very nice, and the service is good. I ordered a corned beef breakfast meal that came along with a nice big hot chocolate which had a unique flavor. It was satisfying and big that I ended up being full before I even finished the dish. They also have free WiFi. This place is amazing for breakfast. It was a fun experience, and I look forward to my next visit here. A lot of people gave a rating of 10/10.

A Review of Bug Heroes 2

Bug Heroes 2 is one of the most known and played video game by students. The game was created by Foursaken Media and was last updated on September 14, 2014 for some IOS8 fixes and the most updated version is currently version 1.0.2. The game consists of 398 MB and is rated for 12-year-olds and above due to violence that may be unsuitable for younger children.

The bugs are at war and are coming for us next, so choose your characters and show them who is the boss. The game has 20 common heroes and six legendary heroes, making a total of 26 characters for you to use. You can build turrets that will help you make it through the game and don't forget to upgrade your upgrades. You can get a hero by obtaining stars or by buying them with gems. Your heroes also increase their passive ability through leveling up, and you could also buy scrolls, banners and gems to help you progress.

Basically, you have four different mission objectives: defend, survive, capture, or destroy. You can choose either of the four modes to play: missions, endless, td campaign and skirmish. Be strategic and smart with your actions in the game because a wrong move could cause you to lose the game. Bug Heroes 2 has plenty of missions for you to accomplish and keep you excited until you become a master.

This game shows us that bugs fight and work together to survive. Their cooperation helps them survive with gathering and building up their base so cooperation is the key to success here. Bug Heroes 2 hasn't received any ratings yet, but maybe someday you'll be the one to rate it.

Family and Friends

Once in a while, you might stop and wonder what families and friends are for.
You may be that person who has a lot of friends. If you are, then you'd know that merely a few of them are true. True friends are there for you when you encounter problems. They are there when you are feeling lonely. You can sometimes even treat friends as your brother or sister. Your friends can cheer you up when you are down. They spend time with you. Although you may sometimes argue with each other, a true friend will never betray you.
Your family -- whether they are relatives, your parents, brothers or sisters -- is there for you. Your relationship with one another can never break apart. You sometimes argue about simple things and say hurtful words to one another, but nothing can break you apart. Family stays together, protects one another and love one another. They are there just right beside you. They help you with your problems and teach you what is right.

Korean Drama : Miss Ripley Review

Source
Starring: (From left to right) Kim Seung-woo as Jang Myung-hoon , Lee Da
Hae as Jang Mi Ri, Park Yuchun as Yutaka / Song Yoo-hyun and Kang Hye Jung as Moon Hee Joo.

I have been watching Korean drama since my childhood, but recently I have been busy with school activities, so I rarely watch Korean drama nowadays. However, while flipping through the available TV channels, I saw that a new Korean drama was running in ABS-CBN. I decided to watch Miss Ripley because I wanted to find out what it was all about. As I started to watch this Korean drama, I started to like it and became addicted to it.

Miss Ripley is the latest Korean drama I watched. It is directed by Choi Yi-sub and Choi Won-suk, and its story was written by Kim Sun-young. The story is based on Shin Jeong-ah's case who once worked as a professor of art at Dongguk University and as a chief curator at Sungkok Art Museum. She was elected as artistic co-director for the 2008 Gwangju Biennale, but it was later revealed that Shin Jeong-Ah forged her college credentials and was soon fired from her position. She was also romantically linked to the former presidential aide Byeon Yang-Kyoon, who helped Shin Jeong-Ah gain employment at Dongguk University. Miss Ripley is a story of a young woman, Jang Mi Ri, who lies to get her way and how her greedy ambition has lead to the downfall of two men who has fallen in love with her.

Plot/Summary:

Mi Ri was abandoned by her mother when she was nine-years-old. Her mother had chosen to leave the family and to marry a rich man. After the death of her father, Mi Ri was sent to an orphanage where she befriended Moon Hee Joo. One day, a Japanese family wanted to adopt Hee Joo, but Hee Joo didn’t want to be adopted by them. She had a stomach ache and because of this, the orphanage sent Mi Ri instead. Mi Ri was then moved to Japan with her adoptive parents, where she had a miserable life living with them, as they treated her badly.

Her father then obtained huge gambling debts, so Mi Ri was forced to work in a bar. She worked for a man named Hirayama to be able to pay off her father’s debt. One day she escapes from her work place and decides to move to Korea to get a better life. She tries to find a job but was unsuccessful due to her lack of experience and qualification. She was hopelessly looking for a job, for if she could not obtain a permanent job, she will be forced to return to Japan.

On her way home, she met a man named Myung Hoon by accident. This man is a hotelier who was in need of someone who can speak the Hataka dialect to serve an important guest at the hotel, which is extremely rare in South Korea. He had heard her speak the Hataka dialect, so he immediately offered her a job. Since she was still hopelessly looking for a job, she lied to him about graduating from Tokyo University and upon hearing this, Myung Hoon did not think twice and hired her immediately. That was where all her lies began.

Since he is the manager of the hotel, Mi Ri stayed with him and tried to become close to him so that she would be able to get Myung Hoon’s power. In less than a month, she became the manager of the Hotel A because of her lies. On the other hand, Myung Hoon became the president of Hotel A. Later, Mi Ri discovered that Yutaka -- also known as Song Yoo-hyun -- is the greatest shareholder of Hotel A, and he was soon to be the heiof the Mondo Resorts so she immediately changed her plan and tried to stick with Song Yoo Hyun. Since Yoo Hyun was already interested in her, she caught him easily. Now both men fell in love with her, but her greedy ambitions caused the downfall of the two men.

Opinions about the Drama:

The way of acting is one of the highlights of this drama and the big reason for me to LOVE it. In my opinion, the whole cast has done a wonderful job portraying their characters, especially Lee Da Hae. I liked how she portrayed Jang Mi Ri, how she got all the way out by showing us the character's inner feelings and evil side and made us seem like mind readers knowing what Mi Ri is thinking by watching her. She totally succeeded to show the anger and hate Mi Ri felt towards the world and how a small unintentional lie led her to eventually be that monster who wove a big web of lies with every step in the way. She totally improved her acting skills because you can really see the big difference from her previous Korean dramas, which was My Girl. The story was totally different because My Girl is a comedy type of drama, while Miss Ripley is a thriller kind of drama. I kind of expected her to be funny, but I was surprised when I saw her portray as Jang Mi Ri.

I also liked how the story flows; the director and the writer sure knew how to attract the audience. I liked how the director and the writer have made this drama through a different approach. Usually, the heroine of the drama is to be liked by the audience, and they are the innocent ones. They are not the cause of the drama. However, in Miss Ripley, we can see that the heroine is very unlikeable and manipulative which is the cause of the drama. This is something we usually do not see very often in other Korean dramas.

The ending of the drama totally caught me off guard. I definitely did not see that in the end, Mi Ri's mom would be the step mother of Song Yoo Hyun. Basically, they are like step brother and sister, but with different mothers and fathers. It is kind of surprising to know that in the end. I am glad to know that Mi Ri found her mother again. I am satisfied with the ending because everyone was able to resolve their problems and find their happiness. Though the drama ended with love's after taste, I kind of expected that Mi Ri would not end up with either of the two because I don't really believe that Mi Ri truly loved either of them because she tricked them.

Esports

Bright, dazzling, and shimmering lights, loud music, cheering and roaring crowds throughout the arena, these are the things you would first notice in an Esports event. Wait wait... Esports? Perhaps you’re wondering what Esports is. Well, Esports is short for electronic sports which is a term for organized video game competitions where professionals compete. Esports is actually a really broad term because many genres are associated with electronic sports such as real-time strategy, fighting, first person shooter, and multiplayer online battle arena. You can compare Esports to sports because sports isn’t limited to one specific activity, but in fact, hundreds of sports exist. In the same way, Esports covers a wide range of genres.

But wait, Electronic sports? Like where’s the sport in sitting around the computer all day playing video games. Isn’t that too easy for it to be considered a sport? If you think it’s that easy, well that’s where you’re wrong. This video entitled “LoL and NFL” by LoL Esports shows Chris Kluwe, an NFL player, comparing League of Legends, an esport, to Football.

Summarizing all of his points, e-sports may not be a physical sport. It’s more of a mental sport, but even if it’s a mental sport, there’s also a physical aspect in it because usually, reaction times are really important in game. For you to learn a game in e-sport, it usually takes an ample amount of time just like sports, and it requires determination and practice.

Now you might be wondering. Esports.. How come I have never heard of this before? Where did it come from? Allow me to give you a brief history. Esports started to gain fame during the early 2000s, and until right now, it’s still gaining ground and momentum. However, if you trace back Esports to its origin, it actually began way back in 1972 where the earliest known video game competition began. It took place on October 19,1972, at Stanford University for the game Spacewar. From then on, more video game competitions started to take place but it was not until the 1990s that Esports took advantage of a new technology at that time, the internet. It is a well known fact that the internet connects people to one another, and as time passed, the internet became an effective form of communication. From snail mails, e-mails took over, and from phone calls, now there’s Skype for that. Esports was able to take full advantage of these perks. Because of the internet, people could now compete with one another without the need of them being present in one physical location, making it easier for gamers alike. In the present time, Esports is already starting to make a name for itself, and in my opinion, I think that Esports would continue to grow and become larger than what it is today.

If you’re interested in trying out Esports, I’d recommend playing games that your peers usually play because you would be able to learn more since you have friends who are experienced in that particular game. But if not, I’d probably recommend multiplayer online battle arena games such as League of Legends, DOTA 2, and more. Overall, Esports is something that you may want to try because it not only requires you to think, but it also requires you to have effective communication with your teammates (if you’re playing team-based games, and it also requires you to execute plans against your foe, but the most important of all is that Esports is something that can be enjoyed and it’s fun to play video games, so why not give it a try?

The Keyboard Community

We believe that the ultimate struggle a writer faces is knowing how to start his or her written output. It could be anything--from poems, to essays, to full-length novels. It's very difficult to hook your readers--especially if you have a lot. People with a huge variety of hobbies and interests aren't exactly easy to please. This is especially true if you're writing alone.

The Keyboard Community is an interactive community blog with the goal to interest as many readers as possible. We believe that literature is already a miracle upon itself--that words, when strung together in just the right way, can touch and influence an individual so much. And the fact that readers, critics, and other analysts could assess so many stories and compare them with one another is even more amazing. Personally, we believe that literature is a cycle that flows from one enthusiastic reader to another. Different stories may influence different people, but in the end, there is one single truth that binds us all, and that is the fact that literature truly is a work of art.

But how do you create something so beautiful without stressing your concept too much? When you already have that whole idea in your head, it's easy to imagine how you're going to string your words together to make it come to life. But when it comes to actually constructing your written output, that's when you pause and realize that you have no clue how to start. Sometimes, we all get too caught up in trying to start with fireworks that the rest of the whole text turns out to be a mere spark.

We're all dreamers here. That's no secret. The Keyboard Community is composed of various writers--each with their own personal experiences and struggles. It's true that it's difficult--impossible, really--to please everyone, especially when it comes to opinions and perspectives, but what makes this small community so powerful is that literature flows through all of us. Combining all our thoughts and ideas and putting them together to share our experiences with the world creates an expanding network of lives joined together through literature. What makes this blog so aspiringly unique is that everything will come from everyone.

So come and join the fun because it'll be like you yourself had lived through the moment; we, The Keyboard Community, promise that you won't regret it!
